About the role

Full-time position

This exciting role assists with enriching children so they can develop to their full potential in Early Learning Programs. Our continuously improving programs reach out to children in the most holistic way possible, ensuring they confidently take steps toward a healthier and happier future.

This role will require a strong customer focus and the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in Early Learning. You will experience a friendly, diverse team as you drive community and family engagement, with children at the heart of our service philosophy.

Qualifications and experiences

Minimum Requirement:

  • Working With Vulnerable People Card (completion online prior to commencement)
  • Either working towards or completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA

Preferred Requirements

  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection Training

About the role

The Team Leader is supported with additional co-educators of varying qualification and experience levels. You will be required to lead, support and manage your team.

The Team Leader forms part of the centre's Leadership Team.

You will be required to program, plan and implement for children individually and in group settings and ensure that all children have their needs met including any additional support children and their families require.
