Team Leader Level 4 /
Lead Educator Diploma Qualified

Full-time position


The Team Leader is supported with additional educators of varying qualification and experience levels. You will be required to lead, support and manage your team.


The Team Leader forms part of the Centre's Leadership Team. You will have the opportunity to program, plan and implement for children individually and in group settings and ensure that all children have their needs met including any additional support children and their families require.


This exciting role assists with enriching children so they can develop to their full potential in Early Learning Programs. To facilitate for a continuously improving program that reaches out to children in the most holistic way possible, ensuring they confidently take steps toward a healthier and happier future.


This role will require a strong customer focus and the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in Early Learning. You will experience a friendly, diverse team as you drive community and family engagement, with children at the heart of our service philosophy.


Qualifications and experiences

Minimum Requirement:

  • Working With Vulnerable People Card (completion online prior to commencement)
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection Training
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education

Educational Leader

Full-time position


The Educational Leader is responsible for reinforcing the Centre’s commitment to early education and facilitating pedagogical practices of Team Leaders. This includes, but not limited to, coordinating Centre-wide programming and advising the Centre Director on the curriculum, guiding Team Leaders in program planning and implementation within the Early Years Learning Framework, Being, Becoming and Belonging, developing communications on the curriculum and managing the ongoing professional development of Educators. 


This role require a strong leadership, customer focus and the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in Early Learning. You will be supported by the Centre Director and administration team. You will experience a friendly, diverse team as you drive community and family engagement, with children at the heart of our service philosophy.


Qualifications and experiences

Minimum Requirement:

  • Completed or working towards a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Working With Vulnerable People Card 
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection Training
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education

Demonstrated Knowledge and Understanding of: 
  • Belonging, Being and Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (‘Early Years Learning Framework’); Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics; the National Quality Framework; the National Quality Standards;
  • Evidence-based best practice approaches to teaching and learning; and
  • Key legislation and standards applicable to the childcare sector.

Early Childhood Educator
Level 1 - Level 3

  • Completed or working towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA

Preferred Requirements

  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection Training

Early Childhood Teachers

Full-Time or Part-Time positions


Early Childhood Teachers (ECT) work closely with our Educational Leader and Team Leaders to apply pedagogical expertise to inform and influence curriculum planning and innovative implementation within our rooms. ECTs build relationships with children to understand their learning and development. ECTs are responsible for sharing best practices and catering to individual children's needs and and model effective application of best practice teaching. 


ECTs are supported by the Educational Leader and Centre Director. You will be responsible for planning innovative, engaging , and you will have the opportunity to influence educational programs and practices, as part of an innovative team of dedicated Early Childhood Professionals. 


Qualifications and experiences

Minimum Requirement:

  • Completed a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA
  • Hold a current Teachers Registration
  • Working With Vulnerable People Card 
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection Training
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education

Position will commence from January/February 2020.
